Street Department and Grounds Maintenance
The Arkadelphia Street Department strives to maintain and improve our city streets, sidewalks, and traffic control. Grounds Maintenance is a division of the Street Department, and is responsible for the upkeep of the City's parks, street right-of-ways, and other city owned property.
