Water And Sewer Committee
The Water and Sewer Committee was created in 2003 by the City of Arkadelphia by Ordinance O-03-06 to "establish clearer guidelines of authority in the operation of the Water and Sewer Department" and allow for committee supervision for "construction, oversight, operation and maintenance of the Water Works System and the collection of revenues there from for the services to be rendered thereby." Members of the seven-person committee are selected and approved for a five year term of service. The committee meets monthly to achieve committee goals.
